In our NanoScience arena, visitors will have the opportunity to experiment with liquid crystals and ferrofluids (liquids which form amazing shapes when exposed to magnetic fields), build giant molecules and interact with scientists who are conducting cutting edge research in the emerging field of nanotechnology. In our Robotics arena, the Center's five robotics teams will be preparing sophisticated robots (built from computer-programmed LEGO bricks) for competition with other robots from around the world. Visitors can also witness a “Battle of the Bots” and try a hand at robot programming. Also during RoboFest, the Thesaurus Shoppe will kick off the HUGE 50% OFF EVERYTHING sale!
