 R&B bands\, will perform in concert at The Paramount Theater\, Saturday\, 
 March 13 at 7PM. The show\, a fundraiser for the Women's Division of the A
 lamance County Area Chamber of Commerce\, gets underway at 7PM.\n&ldquo\;T
 he Mag's\,&rdquo\; as they are known by their fans\, began playing in the 
 mid-1960's. After breaking up in the early 1970's\, members of the group\,
  along with new members\, began playing again in 2006. The next year\, the
 y won the Carolina Beach Music Association's &ldquo\;New Band of the Year&
 rdquo\; award.\n \n\nStart time: 7PM
