 llows cloth fabric to be used in exciting ways to create baskets\, bowls\,
  and other vessel shapes. It's also a great use for that beloved fabric re
 mnant in your closet! Fabric strips are wound around a paper or cotton coi
 l and connected by use of a knotting technique. During the class each pers
 on will make a vessel approximately 8 x 5 inches in size (size will vary b
 ased on chosen design and cording size used). If possible participants sho
 uld bring scissors to class\; all other materials provided. No experience 
 required. Lynn Pownell is a weaver who lives and works from her home studi
 o in Glencoe Mill Village\, Burlington\, NC. She specializes in weaving fa
 bric strips into rugs\, coiled vessels and other household items using rec
 ycled textiles\, textile mill ends and loom waste\, a variety of yarns\, a
 nd an occasional piece of new fabric in her work. Fee includes all materia
