 ill host ART TASTING on Saturday\, January 30th from 7:00-8:30pm at the Ga
 llery of the Arts\, located at 411 West Fourth Street\, in downtown Winsto
 n-Salem. Join us for an exciting evening of original works featuring music
 \, drama\, and dance performances presented by ART TASTING\, an emerging p
 erforming arts organization based in Winston-Salem. Admission is $6 for th
 e general public\, $3 for students. This particular performance will provi
 de a 'Taste' of what ART TASTING does and will also be a benefit to suppor
 t and expand the work that the organization is doing in the community. Add
 itional tax-deductible contributions are welcome. ART TASTING\, a non-prof
 it organization founded by collaborative director Suzana McCalley\, was es
 tablished to challenge the limitations of what counts as art\, who gets to
  do art\, and where\, how and why art is done. Operating on the principle 
 that art is for everyone\, the organization has programs in place at the C
 hildren's Home and a number of senior citizens' homes in Winston Salem tha
 t promote exploring each individual's unique creativity. ART TASTING is co
 mmitted to giving a voice to traditionally undervalued and under-exposed a
 rtists and art by facilitating works of unlikely artists and unlikely art 
 forms in unlikely spaces. &ldquo\;We have a passion for sharing art with o
 ur community that is intentionally designed to positively impact social is
 sues by encouraging new and creative ways of thinking about them\,&rdquo\;
